Brendan is honestly the absolute best. I have bought homes in a number of states and worked with probably a dozen+ agents and there is no doubt that Brendan was the best. He had a strong sense of the numbers, balanced occasionally opposing views with my spouse, and worked through to get us the right home. I honestly couldn't ask for anything more.
